At Colombian Tropical Flowers, we are committed to delivering your flowers as fresh and timely as possible. Please review our delivery policy below:

Delivery Timeframes

While we strive to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee deliveries at specific times.

Deliveries are made during our regular business hours, and we ensure that every order is handled with care and priority.

Delivery Fees

  • Local Deliveries (within 5 miles): $10
  • Extended Local (6–15 miles): $15
  • Long-Distance (16–25 miles): $20
  • Same-Day Rush Fee: +$8.00 (Same-day orders must be placed before 12:00 PM.)

Delivery Notifications

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a text message with tracking updates.

This will allow you to see when your flowers have been dispatched and delivered.

Same-Day Deliveries

Same-day deliveries are available for orders placed before 1:00 PM  local time.

Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next delivery day.

Recipient Availability

Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or contact the recipient directly to arrange alternative options.

Rural & Cemetery Areas

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

Holidays and High-Demand Days

During major holidays:  Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day, deliveries  may take longer due to high order volume. We appreciate your understanding and recommend placing your order early.

International Orders

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Out of State Orders:

Delivery to Another State

We do not personally deliver flowers to addresses outside our local delivery area.

However, we can arrange out-of-state deliveries through a trusted network of florist partners nationwide.

An additional wire-out service fee of $10–$20 applies, plus the cost of the flower arrangement.

Delivery fees and availability will depend on the partner florist in that state.

How It Works:

  • You place the order with Colombian Tropical Flowers (online, by phone, or in person).
  • We coordinate with a florist in the destination city to fulfill the order.
  • We provide you with tracking updates once the partner florist confirms delivery.
  • Important:
    • Flower designs and prices may vary slightly depending on availability at the partner florist.
    • We always try to match your requested style as closely as possible.
    • Same-day out-of-state deliveries are possible only if ordered before 11:00 AM EST.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays:
